About me
Bita Farokhian is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Civil Engineering with a specialization in transportation engineering at Polytechnique Montreal under the supervision of Prof. Catherine Morency. She received her M.Sc. and B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and has a background in the applications of optimization and statistical modeling in transportation. Her current research is centered on multimodal travel demand modeling, interactions between supply and demand, and the applications of machine learning in travel demand analysis.
